In the current video report we are delving into the process of setup and startup of the winding machine and winding of the first tooling.

Dmitriy Alexandrovich shows the procedure of winding machine setup for the startup. We can see that it’s a painstaking task requiring concentration and great attention. But winding the first section takes mere seconds as we can see from our experience!

The winding machine still needs further configuration and adjustment for bigger process automation, but the first winding experience was successful.
