Week results in Duyunov's project 

The current week has ended with elaborating the algorithm of the relations between “SovElMash” and the future customers and Dmitriy Duyunov congratulated all project participants with this achievement at the last webinar.

Using our joint efforts, we have provided the facilities and resources that allow to carry out measurement and testing of both the equipment developed within the project framework and products developed by our rivals; we have perfected the testing procedures and methods (the team worked on that for three months).

As a result of the talks with the potential customers, we have elaborated the algorithm of building economic and financial relations with the latter. The algorithm is presented as a sequence of the following activities:

1) “SovElMash” provides the customer with the set of documents – testing procedures and methods, documents proving that the equipment is catalogued in the Russian State Register of Measuring Equipment, documents proving that the equipment has proper calibration dates.

2) The customer gives the set of documents to the specialists of their company.

3) By the mutual consent, the third party company that is competent and respectable internationally is engaged.

4) All the parties study the documents, accept them or make remarks and then make amendments accordingly.

5) The representatives of the customer company choose the motors to be checked and tested in our laboratory from the range of “SovElMash” motors with the standard winding and “Slavyanka” technology winding.

6) The motors are tested in the presence and with the participation of the three parties, the results are recorded in acts and protocols signed by all procedure participants and heads of the involved companies.

The result is the official document that serves as the basis for applying “SovElMash” technology for the new development and allotting funds for this development by the customer.

Dmitriy Alexandrovich emphasizes that this algorithm is a reliable instrument allowing to eliminate all contradictions and mistrust that can appear in the process of implementing the technology within the framework of the project.
