Project news from Dmitriy Duyunov

Traditionally, at yesterday’s webinar Dmitriy Duyunov told about the main recent project news:

• the sanitary module is brought in conformity with the norms and is ready for operation;
• in compliance with the schedule, the acceptance testing of the cooling system is conducted: the loading machine is connected, the chiller is operable, the heat removal is faultless;
• the new equipment is being gradually operationalized in the laboratory, the staff are trained to work with it;
• the trials and tests are held for the machines in accordance with the developed procedures;
• today we are expecting the delivery of a heavy-duty power transformer that will allow to expand the functionality of the laboratory;
• it is planned to start the compressor equipment and nitrogen plant by the end of the week.

It is noteworthy that the work of Duyunov’s team inspires other enterprises. Following our example, the owner of the premises rented by “SovElMash” purchased the equipment for making his own nitrogen plant.

Today a “SovElMash” intern Sergey who successfully graduated with a graduate thesis “An agricultural application tractor with a hub motor type drive” has started his work for the company as a specialist engineer.
Sergey is not the first student who graduated after completing internship in our company. It’s heartening to see that “SovElMash” is bringing up excellent staff!

Recently we have held a business meeting with the representatives of the special economic zone Alabushevo. Due to the introduced changes to the regulatory documentation, the application of our company has been adjusted. The meeting allowed to add some materials to the application, which includes substantiation of the stated end product cost by means of comparing the average market prices.

Meanwhile, Victor Arestov continues to work on testing the motors and controllers in China. There are some difficulties with the controllers chosen for testing due to poor optimization of factory settings. Victor has to grapple with the settings by his own efforts.

That's where the “SovElMash” laboratory would be useful! Without a similar laboratory, it’s very challenging to solve these tasks.

On the whole, it is possible to say that everything is done in accordance with the schedule. There is a lot of work, but the team is coping with it successfully.
