An important project milestone: SOLARGROUP has become the co-founder of OOO "SovElMash"

The project "Duyunov's motors" is keeping its path successfully completing the set tasks! Recently we have obtained the certified copy of the state register entry that proves that SOLARGROUP is now the co-founder and co-investor of OOO "SovElMash" with the stake of 49.5%.

The responsible team members drew up and signed the protocol of the company members on the transfer of rights to shares in favour of SOLARGROUP in accordance with the agreements and the updated package of documents was made. And now we finally have the long-awaited certified copy of the state register entry!

Why is this event so important for the project development?
Earlier the participants of the project "Duyunov's motors" expressed lack of understanding what the process of "SovElMash" reconstruction into a joint stock company would be like and what role the shares purchased by SOLARGROUP play. We are providing the explanations again on this issue.

Currently all the project investors own shares of SOLARGROUP. The company in its turn is the owner of 49.5 % of OOO "SovElMash". When the project "Duyunov's motors" completes the planned financing stages and attracts the full scope of investment, the design and engineering department will be constructed and put into operation. This moment will become a milestone for the project and will herald the beginning of OOO "SovElMash" reconstruction into a public joint stock company.

Within this period SOLARGROUP shares will be redistributed between the project participants and the investors will get the equity in the company according to the amount of shares in SOLARGROUP they have previously purchased.

In the certified copy of the entry from the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities, apart from the new co-founder of OOO "SovElMash - SOLARGROUP - all the changes are documented including the change of OOO "SovElMash "registered office address.
