“SovElMash” is getting ready for testing the Chinese BLDC motor

“SovElMash” continues adjusting and setting the equipment and also the BLDC motors produced in China are being prepared for testing.

Indeed, at the initial stage of checking the hub motor produced by Quanshun (72 V, 2000 W) a lot of design faults were detected, most of them were eliminated by our own efforts. The electromagnetic system of the motor is in good condition.

It was planned to maintain control of the hub motor using Кelly kbs 72221 controller which also gave us quite a job. The connection of the motor and controller was established instantly, but the computer connection required additional settings. There were also some difficulties in displaying uniform testing graphs on the test bench. As a result it was decided to choose another improved controller for testing.
