"KAMAZ-master" has won Dakar 2019

On January 17, 2019 the rally marathon Dakar 2019 was completed and the Russian car racers became the best at it again. The winner in the overall truck ranking was the "KAMAZ-master" team of Eduard Nikolaev. The second place based on the results of the milti-stage car race was awarded to Eduard's fellow countryman - Dmitriy Sotnikov.

Interesting facts: in the summer of 2017 the generator of one of "KAMAZ-master" sports club cars was first rewound using "Slavyanka" technology. The rewinding allowed to increase the generator capacity almost by 30 %.
KAMAZ with the Slavyanka rewound generator with Anton Shibalov's team took part in the race Dakar 2017 in South America, the route Paraguay - Bolivia - Argentina that started on January 2, 2017.
After the successful technology application for KAMAZ, it was used for other sports club cars. "Slavyanka" was successfully used for the motors of windscreen wipers of KAMAZ-master racing cars.
