Dmitriy Duyunov tells about testing idle running of the first prototype of 318 wheel motor.

The trials are being held in test mode using new test bench equipment.

When processing the obtained parameters and determining the nominal voltage, Dmitriy Duyunov came to a conclusion that all data was in line with the calculations.

Duyunov shows the process of idle running test to a first approximation on another prototype in real-time mode. We can observe that the wheel is rotating smoothly and silently.

At 50 Hz the synchronous speed of the wheel motor prototype is 375 revolutions.
