The long awaited processed pulley groups arrived and were instantly put into operation. “Kolobok” of 318 casing size was equipped with a pulley group after making sure it could be mounted properly.

We are planning to start testing motors in the near future.

Working in this direction is hindered by having no countershaft. As soon as it arrives to the laboratory, a chiller for cooling the load machine will be connected and testing will be started.

About the winding machine:

1) the required adjustments of the tooling for fitting hub motors of 318 and 186 size have been done;

2) the necessary tooling parts have been 3D-printed.

After completing the preparatory works, we’ll start winding the sections of the hub motors for the scooter and 318-size “Kolobok”. Upon completion we’ll make the overall timing of the processing procedures which are already available.
