Two-factor authentication in personal account

Dear investors and partners!

Two-factor authentication is available when entering a personal account (PA).
Now when this function is enabled, you need to enter not only your login and password but also a secret code from a special application in order to enter your personal account.

To enable this option you need:
1) Enter PA, "Profile" section, "Safety" tab.
2) Download a special application to your mobile phone following the given links.
3) Make sure that time synchronization is enabled on your phone (otherwise, your codes will be invalid).
4) Use the application to scan a QR-code from the personal account.
5) Check the box about using two-factor authentication in the profile.

After enabling the option when you enter PA after entering you login and password, you will see “Secret code” field. You need to enter the code from the application previously installed on your phone.

You can disable the two-factor authentication function in the same section where you enable it.

IMPORTANT! Now every 30 minutes a current PA session is terminated and you need to re-enter the account by entering the e-mail and password.

The purpose of introducing two-factor authentication and limited PA session is increasing the level of PA and your investment safety.
