Electric motor with “Slavyanka”: increasing the power

The testing of general purpose industrial motors rewound using Duyunov’s technology continues in “SovElMash” laboratory.
One of the experiments consisted in increasing the power of the 63-size motor up to the level of the 71-size motors.
On the test bench - the ADM63V2 motor with the power of 0.55 kW, 3,000 revolutions. The task is to increase the power up to 0.75 kW typical for 71-size motors at which the motor will be able to operate with the stable temperate not exceeding the admissible values.

Looking ahead, we can say that the experiment was a success. The motor developed the set power, and with the admissible by GOST for this motor insulation class (F) temperature of 155 degrees, stabilized at 108 degrees.
It proves one more time the incontrovertible advantages of “Slavyanka” over the standard winding.
To conclude the testing, Igor Korkhov showed the internal design of the motor in order to eliminate for the viewers any additional (apart from “Slavyanka” itself) factors that could affect the result.
