Results of 2018 in Duyunov's project

The current year of 2018 is coming to an end and we are proud to draw the results of the project work.

A lot of key importance crucial events have happened in the course of this year:

1) On the territory of "SovElMash" the laboratory and testing area have been organized which are virtually a miniature of the future design engineering department (D3333E) which is planned to be constructed at the "Alabushevo" site of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Technopolis"Moscow").
Now the team can not only test the motors and take the measurements of their parameters developing the procedures and specifications for them, but also gets the opportunity to produce the first prototype models of the motors made using Duyunov's technology on the territory of "SovElMash".

2) Test bench equipment has been put into operation which is an important tool that allows to conduct motor testing.
The testing of Duyunov's hub motors is at the final stage, soon the first pilot batches of size 318 and 186 hub motors will appear.

3) The laser equipment has been installed and launched, thanks to it the entire process starting with complying with the terms of reference and ending with producing, testing and certifying motors with "Slavyanka" technology can be carried out fully with the company's capacity.

4) New patents have been obtained and we have submitted applications for more patents, thanks to it the project's intellectual property is growing.

5) We have signed partnership agreements with the new potential customers - companies from China, Europe and Russia, which indicates the interest and high demand for the technology.
At the moment the legally competent procedure of documenting partnership with the future customers is being developed.

6) We have developed our own controller which operates not only with Duyunov's motors but with BLDC hub motors too.

7) SovElMash has been assigned the code of the developer company for marking the products and main design documentation in compliance with GOST 2.201.
It allows to perform such tasks as execution of documentation, working with government authorities and agencies and QCD (Quality Control Department) on quite a serious level.

8) After several months of expectation, the project has been approved for entering the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow".
At the moment the team is working on updating the document package in the earlier submitted application (cost sheet, timing schedule, etc.) as of the date of making the decision for subsequent signing the agreement with the SEZ and obtaining the resident status.
At the same time we are conducting a number of preparatory works for the next key stage in the project development - constructing a design engineering department at the "Alabushevo" site that will be started in the spring of 2019.

9) ASPP Technology headed by Victor Arestov in partnership with Denzel have started mass production of DA-90S and DA-100S motors in China under the licence of "AS and PP". This event is a huge step in popularizing the technology abroad.
The first batches of the motors are already up for sale.

A number of crucial events should also be noted down in the company's investment activity:

10) The investment agreement has been lauched that regulates the legal relations between the project and investors.

11) We have received the letter of commitment from the project partner about additional funding of the project if required.

12) Live meetings with the project investors and partners aimed at informing the public about the project, introducing the technology to the newcomers and facilitating the exchange of precious experience of the project partners have become regular and have been held in different cities in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus

13) The project front office has been opened in Khimki.

14) For the year 2018 Duyunov's project has grown 7 times:
- the project attracted 130,000 participants registered in the back office with over 1,000 registrations per day

15) Over 150 regular webinars have been held.

16) Important innovations have been introduced in the project partnership program - training program for partners, useful functions in the back office, webinars for the partners.

All the above-mentioned is the result of work of a large number of like minds including the project team, investors and partners.
