The process of casting the "squirrel cage"

Rotating electric alternating current machines (also known as inductuon electric motors) can be made both with wound and short-circuit rotor that has the so-called "squirrel cage" winding. Alexander Sudarev participated in the process of lost-wax casting of the "squirrel cage" in the vacuum die casting unit on the capacities of OOO "SovElMash" and filmed it as well.
