Stage 4 was full of important events that brought us closer to our main goal:
- the repair works and mounting of the main equipment in all company premises were completed;
- the testing of general purpose industrial motors and hub motors on the test bench equipment is well underway;
- the much-anticipated investment agreement as a legal basis of the relationship between the investor and company was launched;
- the commitment letter on the project additional funding was received from a major partner;
- the documents for Alabushevo resident status were revised in accordance with the comments and re-submitted;
- a new application was filed to Rospatent (the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property);
- part of the edition of the reference guide on combined windings passed into the ownership of “SovElMash” in order to share the profit from selling it with the company;
- the agreement with a major investor was formalized concerning building a plant producing combined winding motors in SEZ Chaplygino, Lipetsk (based on the documental plant project prepared for Alabushevo);
- the technology was presented at ”Skolkovo” exhibition as a part of Startup Village event;
- the third live meeting with the project investors and partners is planned to be held on June, 30 in Moscow.

- 65,263 participants
- 5,083 investors
- 1,964 partners
- 300,000,000 roubles of attracted investments
