Victor Arestov: testing the modified motor at the German plant

Victor Arestov told about an interesting experiment conducted three years ago at one of the German plants and shared the test summary.

The experiment at the aluminium plant showed that using a 30 kW motor modified using “Slavyanka” technology at the energy consumption level of a standard motor allowed to produce 36% more pressed aluminium parts.
The report on the test results is available here - http://dvigatel.myfor.ru/viewtopic.php?f=213333t=1003333p=16670#p16670

Upon obtaining the representative results, the aluminium plant was recommended to replace the 45 and 30 kW electric motors with the modified 30 and 22 kW motors respectively. Altogether – 11 out of 12 motors used at the plant.
This recommendation wasn’t implemented due to the red tape. As Victor Arestov said: “In order to change a motor to a modified one it’s necessary to obtain a certificate for this motor in Germany, which is more money consuming than saving electrical energy and the motor cost taken together”.

In any case, this experiment once again proved the efficiency of electric motors modified using “Slavyanka” technology.
