Dmitriy and Evgeniy Duyunov are busy with the process of connecting the equipment in the laboratory. Another video about how it’s actually going.

There is a YOKOGAWA power analyzer in the laboratory which maintains the maximum current of up to 50 Ampere. That’s why for working with more powerful motors and wheel motors a special box has been made with current sensors and a power circuit for them, and the wiring is brought out on the coaxial connectors.

In the process of connecting the current sensors, the direct voltage measurement terminals were connected. Such a circuit allows to exclude all wiring from the measuring circuit, which means improving the measurement accuracy by means of eliminating wiring losses.

Further, on the basis of this work the drawings and layouts will be made and numbers assigned. All of this data will be included in the measurement procedure. There will be a description of all parts and connecting circuits for every equipment item.

Dmitriy Duyunov also showed how the data is changing in the process of measurement if the current sensors are connected directly to the motor terminals.
