The week results in Duyunov's project

The team of Dmitriy Duyunov are using the holiday week to the full and the work aimed at implementing the main project goal continues at the regular pace.

Some of the main events of the week:

1) The new moulding compound for casting copper has been tested. The team are happy with the testing results, it has been decided to stick to this variant. On May 6-7 we are planning to get back to elaborating the casting technology.
2) Thanks to expanding "SovElMash" premises, the work on purchasing additional equipment is underway.
3) Part of the laboratory equipment was sent for checking. The laboratory will start working full-scope in the very beginning of June.
4) The first iterations of IЕ3 class motor have been obtained, a small batch of these motors is planned to be released to collect more data, get statistical data taking into consideration parameter spread and make the second iteration. The first motor is almost developed - it's a size-90 6-pole machine for 750 revolutions.
5) On May 06 the team will focus on accomodating the new premises and mounting the equipment.
