Today all project participants have one hot-button question - when will the construction of the future enterprise start?

The team is ready to start the preliminary activities right after the procedure of state registration of the land lot lease agreement that was signed back in the end of April.
After the May holidays we planned to bring in the construction camp for preparing the construction of the design and engineering department.

But the reality is that the dates are changed due to circumstances beyond the control of the project team, since we are working in tandem with state bodies, contractors, suppliers, etc.
As a result - the package of documents was not submitted for the state registration within the earlier stated time, that's why the date of getting the cadastral excerpt is postponed until the first week of June. Until this moment the construction crew of our contractor will not have access to the construction site and thus, will not be able to start the preparatory work. We are waiting for the document!

This small disturbance caused by the date change is made up for by other equally significant processes that are currently being completed by the tеam members. We are accepting the new equipment, working on the specifications for hub motors and completing the project documentation.
