Duyunov's project – from stage one to stage seven

The project "Duyunov's motors" dates back to May, 2017, although, as we know, the technology itself has been developed and tested by Duyunov and his team for over 23 years.
The implementation of every new financing stage lays the groundwork of the future world-renouned company meant to change mankind's vision of electric motors.

Let's remember what each of the project financing stages is memorable for.
At stage one we:
- launched the back office - an important instrument in the investment activity;
- held the first meeting with the investors where every attendee interested in the project could meet the top officials, see Duyunov's development with their own eyes ans ask questions.

Stage two allowed to boost the positions - the process of preparing the legal platform and enabling the merchant in the back office was launched. Besides, we:
- launched the official project website;
- the lot for constructing the future design engineering department on the territory of SEZ (special economic zone) was approved.

Stage three became a crucial one and put the project to a more serious level:
- new premises were leased for developing the activity of "SovElMash"
- testing laboratory was established
- test bench equipment was mounted and put into operation
- the first reference guide authored by Dmitriy Duyunov was published

Stage four boosted our positions even more:
- new production sites were almost completely equipped with modern devices and machinery
- test bench testing of the motors and hub motors started in the laboratory
- investment agreement was launched
- the commitment letter from a major partner concerning additional funding of the project if necessary was received, thus, the financial risks were eliminated
- the agreement with the project investor about building a plant producing motors based on Duyunov's technology in SEZ Chaplygino was entered into.

Stage five was full of events that allowed the project to go straight to stage seven:
- the partnership agreements with the potential customers from China and Europe were signed
- we started testing our own controller
- mass production of DA-90S motors modernised using "Slavyanka" technology was launched in China by Victor Arestov in partnership with Denzel
- new patents were obtained with "SovElMash" as their rightholder, thus increasing the cost of the company's intangible assets
- new serious motor testing started in the laboratory

Today the project is at development stage seven and can boast a number of serious achievements:
- the developer company code was obtained which opens the door to new horizons for "SovElMash"
- in China the second motor made using Duyunov's technology - DA-100S - was put into mass prodection, which is excellent for popularizing the technology in Russia and abroad, the motors are available for order and purchase
- after nine months of expectation, we received the decision on approving the project for entering the SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow", "Alabushevo" site

The team updated the application data, submitted it to the SEZ for subsequent signing of the agreement. We are already conducting preparatory works and talks concerning the construction of the future design engineering department. At the same time the motors are being tested in the "SovElMash" laboratory and the work on the documentation required for the future enterprise activity is being completed.

With every new stage the project is boosting its positions by eliminating the financial risks and becoming more and more attractive for investors.
