The investor agreement is available in the personal account

Dear colleagues!

The investor agreement is uploaded in the personal account and available for you to view and sign in “My documents” section from 13:00 Moscow time.

The investment agreement is a document governing the relationship of the investor and the project “Duyunov’s induction motors”.

The document consists of 14 sections presented in 12 pages. The following Schedules are the additions to the Agreement:

- Schedule 1. Certificate for the documented shares
- Schedule 2. Changing personal data.
- Schedule 3. Account replenishment.
- Schedule 4. Transfer to partner.

The agreement is signed electronically once only and is a necessary condition for taking part in the project.

Please be aware that without signing the Agreement it will be impossible to replenish your personal account balance.
