Testing laboratory: measuring resistance per phase
7 tháng 4 2018
While idle running tests for 318 wheel motor prototype are being held on a test bench, Dmitriy Duyunov is demonstrating the very first wheel motor made in Golden Motor Magic Pie 2 frame. Earlier a controller was test run on it, now it’s back in the laboratory to undergo testing.
In the video Dmitriy Duyunov shows the equipment that has recently arrived at the laboratory and tells about its purpose. Now the laboratory is equipped with:
- a special unit for grinding cutting and reverse drill edges from 2 to 13 mm (precise grinding is necessary for high-quality tooling assembly);
- milliohm meter produced by GW Insteak (model GOM_7804), which makes possible high-accuracy measurement of motor resistance per phase (Duyunov showed how this device works on one of the wheel motors).
Talking about the changes Duyunov pays attention to the fact that nowadays there are practically no devices that make direct measurements of physical quantities, the majority of measurements are made by applying indirect methods, using recalculation.
