The process of Solargroup entering the board of "SovElMash" founders has started

The project "Duyunov's motors" is developing at a rapid pace.
Over the 9 stages, the project has implemented a lot of serious tasks:

1) After 9 month of painstaking work on the package of documents for entering the special economic zone, Duyunov's project got the support of the Moscow authorities and officially became the resident of the SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow".
The land lease agreement for the construction of the design and engineering department was signed and submitted for the state registration. The team is waiting for the excerpt to start the construction activities.

2) Meanwhile the work in Zelenograd laboratory continues - additional premises have been leased for the testing area and capital projects department, the work is underway on increasing the test bench power to 100 kW from the current 10 kW. The new equipment for extending the scope of functions is being ordered and put into operation. The laboratory is getting ready for the certification procedure.

3) New markets are getting acquainted with "Duyunov's motors". We are popularizing the "Slavyanka" technology, hold regular presentations not only in Russia, but also abroad, national representative offices are opened (the nearest event will take place in France on June 08). On February 16, 2019 in Moscow the first international project conference was held. Today the project includes almost 170,000 people from 115 world countries!

4) In order to make the project reach the break-even point, the team is already making new developments: for example, a specialized induction drive for electric power tools. At the same time, the team is working on making the calculations, designing and testing new motors to demonstrate the wide scope of the unique "Slavyanka" technology capabilities. The specifications for hub motors are being articulated.

5) We are attracting new partners and potential clients to the future engineering centre.
DA-90S and DA-100S motors made using Duyunov's technology are put into mass production by the project partners and are available for purchasing in Russia through the certified representative - Motorized Systems.

One of the key project steps that all the investors are looking forward to is Solargroup getting the status of OOO "SovElMash" co-founder and reorganizing the latter into a joint-stock company (AO).

The assignment has been planned from the very beginning of the crowdinvesting project, but providing the necessary conditions to launch the process took quite some time.

On May 24 the translated and notarized constituent documents of Solargroup will be presented and the complete package of documents for assignment of shares will be prepared to submit to the lawyers.
Up to June 17 this task will be completed and Solargroup will become the co-founder of "SovElMash", but the shares and control over them will remain within the authority of Solargroup.
