Dmitriy Alexandrovich answers the question: it's possible to produce small batches of certain motors with the current capacities of the team in Zelenograd.

At the moment OOO "SovElMash" is preparing the preorder for producing the first batch of general purpose industrial motors using its current capacities. The new motor developed by Duyunov's team has IE3 energy efficiency class in IE1 motor frame and demonstrates lower energy consumption level alongside higher power and compact dimensions of a size 90 motor. The company will start the production of a small batch of these motors in its production area. But in order to achieve really serious results and considerable production output, OOO "SovElMash" is building an innovative centre whose capacity will allow to complete large-scale orders.

Developing and assembling motors takes place not in the laboratory but at the production area. Meanwhile, the laboratory and the equipment there is paid a lot of attention since the scope of work performed there is just as important: here we check and approve the performance features of finished motors, conduct acceptance, periodic and certification tests – everything required by the GOST standards (National standards). The production process itself and selling the finished product alike can't be imagined without it.
