The week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

Dmitriy Duyunov tells about the main events of the past week:

The project team is working with a vengeance now just like always:
1) We have started work on implementation of investment casting and have begun prototyping. Several sets of size 186 hub motor ("Kolobok") have been cut.
2) We have completed the assembly of rotors using out tooling: welding and welding assembly of the rotor using the laser equipment has been fine-tuned.
These technical processes are conducted to achieve maximum automation of the work process in the future. The first casting work activities are planned for the next week.
3) The implementation and selection of software for mathematical modelling of the casting process is underway which is required for analyzing all technical processes when working with the casting equipment.
4) We continue working with the documentation. The meetings with the potential general contractor have been planned.
5) The tests of D 7500 electric motor were held in the laboratory, we have shared information about it this week.
6) We are holding talks with the potential customers.
7) We keep getting offers on taking charge of some electrical engineering plants on external management basis. The talks are underway, some solutions are being made that in the future, when the engineering company starts working, will allow to do it.
